We are all seeking to live a life that we can take pride in; where we feel able to manage the challenges an stresses that often come with change. Some changes we initiate ourselves and others are thrust upon us. The pressure to fulfil our own expectations and those of others can sometimes create painful conflicts, divided loyalties, stress, and lack of motivation. We may be ambitious for our lives but feel stuck; successful but feel limited in some way or gripped by inner conflicts we struggle to resolve; struggling with the demands of modern-day life and work; we may be working too hard, have poor life balance and fear burnout. Perhaps, we may have everything we thought we wanted and still feel unhappy and or dissatisfied.
Together we will explore, what is going on for you and through the exploration get to the root of what you might want to affirm as right for you, what you might want to change to feel more aligned. You will realign with your strengths, core sense of purpose and meaning drawing strength and clarity from the process. Our signature blend of coaching principles and approaches drawn from critical and positive psychology, cognitive behavioural psychology, compassionate mind coaching, mindfulness, and systemic constellations.

We use a number of tools and assessments selected depending on the focus for coaching:
Wellbeing assessment- No additional cost
- Uniquely we measure your starting and progress points with a well-tested and validated wellbeing measure: The Ryff Wellbeing Scales. You get a before and after snapshot of wellbeing in six dimensions:
Values Exercise- no additional cost
- This tool can be utilised in any form of coaching to support greater clarity around where and why your energies may have become stuck.
Strengths Profiler Assessment £50 plus VAT
- This is an online tool that I use in the context of career coaching to support creative thinking around career path. This is provided by a partner company.
360 Degree Feedback – see rates below
- This is a bespoke assessment to allows you to collect feedback from friends or colleagues to support the development of your strategic focus for change and to realign with strengths.
Once we have decided to work together, we can negotiate your programme and agree payment schedule to suit between the option to pay all up front or make a 25% or more deposit followed by instalments.
Tier one programme Investment £995 – payment plans available.
- Foundation Package – Life, Career or Leadership Coaching.
- 6 x 60-minute sessions during which a variety of tools and techniques may be used to support you.
- Optional Wellbeing Assessment- online with offline analysis by your coach with feedback included within the 6 sessions.
- Integral values Exercise- carried out at home and shared during one of the 6 sessions.
- Additional sessions can be added on a PAYG basis if needed.
Tier two programme Investment £1990 – payment plans available.
- Growth Package – Life, Career or Leadership Coaching.
- 12 x 60-minute sessions during which a variety of tools and techniques may be used to support you.
- Optional Wellbeing Assessment- online with offline analysis by your coach with feedback included within the 6 sessions.
- Integral values Exercise- carried out at home and shared during one of the 12 sessions.
Additional Optional Extra
Our optional 360 Degree Feedback exercise, most useful as part of a leadership development programme can be added to either tier – rates are on a sliding scale depending on the number of participants selected.
- 3-5 Participants £250

Corporate Pricing:
Where you employer agrees to pay for the coaching costs increase as follows:
- £1350 x 6 sessions
- £2700 x 12 sessions
Please note that different sized packages can be negotiated.
Charges for the 360 Degree Feedback for corporate settings:
- 3-5 Participants £599
- 6-9 Participants £1194
- 10-12 Participants £1990
General terms
- Payment by instalment is available by DD for all packages by arrangement. A 1.5% fee is added to each instalment to cover admin costs.
- Please note all other arrangements require payment in advance of sessions beginning. You can pay by BACs with no additional fees. We do not charge VAT.
