The service includes the following:

  • Creating the vision and engaging key stakeholders
  • 6 session training courses for between 6-12 participants. See diagram for course elements.
  • 6 months of coaching supervision as the participants hone and embed their skills
  • Benchmarking the impact of coaching in terms of wellbeing* and gaol attainment
  • An evaluation report to support you for the next 12 months of your journey after the engagement with us has ended.
*Our unique value-added feature is the use of a tried and tested wellbeing measure (Ryff Wellbeing Scale) to assess the impact of the changes implemented.
